Brown University Policy Lab presents: How can we help Small and Minority-Owned Businesses recover from COVID-19?
From the Brown University Policy Lab:
With COVID-19 putting the Rhode Island economy in a standstill, keeping your business afloat is an onerous task. For minority-owned businesses who face significant structural disadvantages in “normal” times, withstanding the economic impact of a global pandemic is even harder.
Join us for a virtual conversation on how small and minority-owned businesses in Rhode Island have been affected by COVID-19, how they've adapted to new public health regulations and requirements, and how Rhode Island leaders are responding to the unique needs of these businesses as we move to re-open our economy.
This conversation will feature esteemed panelists:
-Oscar Mejias, President/CEO - Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
-Lisa Ranglin, President - Rhode Island Black Business Association
-Matt Sheaff, Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Chief Marketing Officer - Rhode Island CommerceBrown University Policy Lab presents:...Date and Time
