HR Roundtable: Leading in a Virtual Environment with Heidi Werther

This interactive workshop, led by executive coach and consultant, Heidi Werther, will focus on supporting leaders and HR professionals to lead more effectively in a virtual environment. With the pivot to a remote workplace due to Covid-19, and many companies remaining remote or returning to a hybrid work environment, it is critical for managers to increase their ability to lead remote teams as effectively as possible. Heidi will share challenges she has heard from her clients, and tips to improve relationships and results leading in a virtual environment. Please come prepared to share your current challenges as well as some of your recent successes.
