Women in Business After Hours: The Health Care Workforce: Current Challenges, Future Opportunities

We are excited to host our annual fall Women in Business After Hours event on Thursday, October 28th at Rosecliff Mansion. 
We look forward to welcoming special guest speaker, Joan Kwiatkowski as she presents The Healthcare Workforce: Current Challenges, Future Opportunities.  Joan has worked as a healthcare administrator since the early 1980’s in hospital settings and community mental health clinics, and currently serves as CEO of PACE Organization of Rhode Island. She has been at PACE-RI since its inception in 2005. 
Joan’s insights into the current long-term health care continuum’s strengths and weaknesses will provide an in-depth understanding of the important issues that need to be addressed and discussions that need to take place. Our women in business leaders will prove to gain invaluable information at this event as they continue to make important health care decisions for their children, their aging parents, and to guide health care policy discussions with state leadership.
