Steve is the Principle Broker and co-founder of Kirby Properties, LLC. He has been successfully selling and leasing properties for over 33 years. Steve has also held several leadership roles in various Realtor organizations and numerous civic groups. Steve graduated from Portsmouth Abbey and then from Providence College in 1982. Since this time he has taken many additional real estate courses at Boston University, Harvard, CCIM, and various Realtor related courses. Steve was President for six terms of the State's Commercial Board of Realtor and the Realtor of the Year three times. Steve has served on the Board, and the Executive Board of the Newport County Chamber of Commerce. Steve can be found on the local rugby field or riding his bike on some adventure.
