Key attributes that lead to success at Brick Alley are the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work as a team, high standard for food safety and cleanliness and a GREAT attitude. 

Requirements:

Minimum one year line cook experience

Basic knife skills

Reliable transportation and the ability to be consistently on time

Ability and willingness to do any job in the kitchen, follow recipes and adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols.

Very fast paced team orientated kitchen environment
