We are looking to add a fresh new addition to our Front Desk team. Do you have a passion to serve others? Are you excited about meeting new people and inspiring those around you? As a Front Desk Agent, you will contribute to the satisfaction of providing world travelers with a memorable stay all while enjoying your work and developing your professional skills!
Working at the front desk means you are at the face of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. As the face of our hotel your responsibilities will include:
* Giving our guests the best hospitality experience possible.
*Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally always.
*Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
*Promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
*Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures as required by management.
*Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
*Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
*Being a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
*Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
*Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
