Promoted at the age of 23 to manage two teams at a Fortune 500 company, Heidi leverages her extensive education and diverse 20-year experience leading teams – including as an HR Executive - to support and empower executives, leaders, and teams to communicate clearly and tap into their fullest potential to engage, motivate, and retain talent and drive greater business results.

In addition to coaching executives, leaders and teams, Heidi provides customized solutions, including workshops, to help leaders, from emerging to senior level, elevate their leadership skills, self-awareness, and confidence, resulting in improved relationships with their direct reports and other colleagues, leading to healthier cultures and improved outcomes.
